Chef Profile
Chef Lee Lay, an international award winning chef, had worked for numerous prestigious hotel chains. Over his 40 years of working experience, he has taken part in numerous pastry and baking competition and won in many of them too.
With dedication and enthusiasms in perfecting his art, he succeeded in winning the Most Outstanding Pastry Chef during 1992 at the 8th FHA International Salon Culinaire. Following that year, he led the Singapore Pastry Team to Lyon, France and won the Top 10 International Pastry Chef award. Now, he has become on of the most recognized pastry chefs in the industry. Leading his team at Montreux, he hopes to continue delivering quality pastries to his valued customers.
